Delivery

Once an order has been placed and paid for, it will be despatched within 2 working days.  Within the UK, we use Royal Mail post for all deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satsified with, within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were when received.  We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty.  Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.  Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty.  Please contact us before returning any goods at sales@macshopengineering.com.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

You can cancel an order (providing it has not already been despatched*) by telephoning +44 (0)7979 496581 or emailing us at machineshop@hotmail.co.u. We will refund your credit/debit card within 2 working days. *If your order has already been despatched you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
